Job DescriptionJob Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Planning & QS Engineer with 10+ years of experience in project planning, scheduling, cost control, quantity surveying, contract administration, and project monitoring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing project schedules, tracking project progress, managing project costs, preparing BOQs, evaluating contractor claims, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget and timeline objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Project Controls
- Develop and maintain project baseline schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Prepare detailed project plans, resource loading, and cash flow forecasts.
- Monitor project progress and identify schedule deviations.
- Conduct schedule analysis and recommend corrective actions to mitigate delays.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Track project milestones and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and project management teams.
- Perform critical path analysis and delay analysis.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in Planning, Project Controls, Quantity Surveying, and Commercial Management.
- Proven experience in large-scale construction, infrastructure, industrial, EPC, or real estate projects.
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and cost control practices.
- Experience in contract administration and claims management.
