The Senior Planning Engineer develops project plans, coordinates construction activities, evaluates contractors, monitors progress, ensures compliance, and leads project teams, ensuring projects meet deadlines and budgets.

Lead technical design and optimization of transmission line projects: process survey/LiDAR/drone data, define tower spotting, finalize tower locations and types, perform tower integrity checks, generate route alignments and BOQs, prepare crossing proposals, oversee O&M and As-Built documentation, and improve post-bid design for profitability.
