The role / impact
As the Senior Project Manager for Performance, you will act as a vital delivery partner within our global in-house creative agency, The Hub. You will lead the organized momentum and accountability needed for high-velocity performance, growth, and acquisition work. Your mission is to ensure that experiments ship on time and that every creative learning compounds into better conversion results. By guiding the performance roadmap and balancing complex priorities, you will maintain the systems that connect technical strategy to creative execution. Your leadership will ensure that every project moves smoothly from brief to data-driven impact, helping our creative teams deliver high-performing work at scale to supercharge small businesses.
The team / how they connect
You will serve as the primary connective force across creative, performance marketing, and production teams to ensure complete alignment and clarity. Working closely with Creative Directors and Growth leads, you will build trust through transparency, acting as the bridge that translates technical performance hypotheses into actionable creative work.
Initially, you will focus on
Partnering with Performance vertical leads to translate high-level briefs and conversion strategies into actionable project plans, schedules, and resourcing needs.
Using AI tools to automate status signals and resource tracking, allowing you to focus on high-value collaboration and quality control.
Identifying potential risks and roadblocks early—particularly in the testing and optimization cycle—guiding the team toward calm and structured solutions.
Implementing process improvements that empower creative teams to iterate quickly on performance assets without sacrificing quality or strategic impact.

Here are some of the things we are looking for
You bring a proven background in managing specialized digital performance or growth marketing projects within an agency or in-house creative environment.
You possess a deep understanding of the performance vertical, including Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), A/B testing methodologies, and the reasoning behind creative hypotheses.
Your expertise includes a mastery of modern project management tools like Asana or Workfront to drive specialized workflows for performance-driven creative.
Experience in applying agile methodologies to creative workflows—not as a rigid set of rules, but as a tool for high-speed iteration and load-balancing.
Your communication style is polished and precise, allowing you to "speak the language" of both data-driven marketers and creative designers.
You possess a strategic mindset that allows you to anticipate needs and create scalable frameworks for performance delivery.
You thrive under pressure, maintaining a calm and collaborative approach when navigating the shifting priorities of real-time campaign optimization.
