The Role:
We are hiring a Senior HR Operations Specialist to strengthen employee-lifecycle delivery, global leave and benefits operations, HRIS data quality, controls, reporting, and continuous improvement. This role combines hands-on operational ownership with the ability to redesign workflows, remove duplicate work, and implement practical automation across HR and partner systems.
The successful candidate will be equally comfortable resolving a complex employee transaction, diagnosing a data issue, coordinating a cross-functional process, and converting recurring manual work into a controlled, measurable workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex onboarding, job changes, transfers, exits, and related employee-lifecycle processes across jurisdictions.
- Maintain accurate HRIS records and lead data-quality audits, reconciliations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Design and improve request, approval, notification, document-generation, and system-integration workflows.
- Manage global leave and benefits operations.
- Build operational dashboards and exception reporting.
- Own compliance reporting and tracking activities.
- Partner with IT, Legal, Finance, Payroll, Total Rewards, PBPs, managers, and vendors.
- Own the HR operations optimization pipeline.
Requirements:
- Significant HR operations experience.
- Strong HRIS expertise; ADP preferred.
- Demonstrated success simplifying or automating processes.
- Working knowledge of global leave administration and benefits operations.
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills; Power BI valued.
- Experience with Workato, Power Automate, ServiceNow, APIs, or similar.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Service mindset and employee support focus
Assets:
- Experience managing compliance calendars, audits, filings, and remediation tracking.
- Experience creating knowledge bases, playbooks, training materials, and self-service resources.
- While being based in the Denver area is preferred, we welcome candidates from other locations.
