The Opportunity
The IQ team at Workhuman is seeking a Senior People Data Scientist to help drive innovation (new methods, new applications, new tools!) across our people analytics and data science engagements with external clients and internal cross-functional teams.
If you have a passion for combining consulting skills with analytical know-how, and a relentless focus on making complex data interpretable, this role could be for you.

  • Ability to stretch your technical skills and knowledge and try new approaches on a wide range of client-facing projects
  • Collaborate with a team of experts across data science, organizational psychology, AI and natural language processing
  • Contribute insight into our clients' key HR and business initiatives, leveraging unique structured and unstructured datasets of recognition moments for core values and performance behaviors across employees in an organization


The skills you will bring

  • Experience across statistical and database programming languages (R, Python, SQL), as well as cloud computing experience
  • Familiarity with a range of statistical and data science methods and techniques, from regression and categorical data analysis, to organizational network analysis and predictive modeling.
  • Ability to connect with external stakeholders and customers by influencing mindsets and inspiring through data
  • Proactive and creative approach to problem solving, developing innovative solutions or new approaches in a very fast-moving environment

  • Strong track record of translating complex findings and analyses to a variety of audiences, based in a strong foundation of people (HR) data and systems
  • You have effectively managed multiple projects and deadlines in support of various business units and client priorities
  • Proven success on projects that have improved the scalability of your team's services or processes
