Design secure macOS/iPadOS deployments, automate workflows and packaging, integrate identity (Microsoft Entra/Platform SSO), improve endpoint security, troubleshoot advanced issues, and partner with Security, Infrastructure, and Service Desk to modernize Mac endpoint management globally.

Design, modernise, and support global enterprise network infrastructure across on-prem, cloud, and SaaS environments. Lead network architecture, security, SD-WAN/SASE, Azure connectivity, Meraki and Fortinet administration, automation with Terraform/Python/PowerShell, troubleshooting, and cross-team collaboration to improve resiliency, performance, and operational efficiency.

Provide first- and second-line deskside and remote IT support for global employees. Build, configure, deploy, and maintain Windows and macOS endpoints; troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and peripherals; support onboarding/offboarding, AV and Zoom Room tech, manage hardware inventory, and create technical documentation while following ITIL processes.
