About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Senior Designer to join our Brand Creative team. This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of experience with strong command of design fundamentals and who cares deeply about design craft. You understand how thoughtful typography, layout, and visual systems support brand and marketing impact and execute high-quality creative across multiple marketing channels.

You’ll work on a variety of marketing initiatives—from digital campaigns including paid media, email, landing pages, and long-form digital publications and interactive content to print formats such as direct mail, event graphics, and environmental design. The ideal candidate balances conceptual thinking and problem-solving with meticulous execution. You also confidently manage work from idea through presentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This role sits within the in-house Brand Creative team — part of the Brand Activation organization within Marketing — and partners closely with stakeholders across Content, Demand Generation & ABM, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Web, and Events.

** This is a hybrid role which requires at least 3 days a week onsite in our (brand new!) Framingham, MA office**

What You’ll Do

Design & Execution

  • Design marketing assets across digital and physical channels, including paid social, email, landing pages, long-form digital publications and interactive content, direct mail, and event graphics

  • Produce polished, production-ready creative aligned with brand standards and business goals

  • Contribute ideas and visual approaches during campaign/asset concept development

  • Maintain a high bar for typography, layout, visual hierarchy, accessibility, and overall design craft

Creative Process

  • Translate creative briefs and marketing objectives into clear visual solutions

  • Present work in internal reviews and stakeholder meetings, articulating design rationale

  • Iterate on feedback while maintaining creative intent and quality

Production & Platforms

  • Prepare assets to channel specifications across digital and print formats

  • Create or support interactive marketing experiences using tools such as Ceros

  • Collaborate with developers and marketers to ensure design intent carries through execution

Collaboration

  • Partner with creative directors, copywriters, marketers, and developers

  • Contribute to maintaining and evolving the brand system across channels

  • Support team initiatives that improve workflow, consistency, and creative quality

What You Bring

Experience

  • 3+ years of design experience within an in-house team or creative agency working on established brands (SaaS experience is preferred, but not required)

  • Designs across integrated marketing channels, including paid social, email, landing pages, digital content experiences, and print materials such as direct mail, event graphics, and marketing collateral

  • Has strong time management skills and is comfortable working with multiple stakeholders on concurrent projects.

  • Owns projects from concept through final production, including ability to prepare and present work and incorporating stakeholder feedback.

  • Works alongside marketers, copywriters, developers, and product marketing teams with a collaborative, problem-solving, team-player mindset

 

Design Craft

  • Strong command of design fundamentals including typography, composition, color, hierarchy, and accessibility

  • Brings curiosity, taste, and attention to detail to every project with a portfolio that shows strong design and strategic thinking.

  • Finger on the pulse with design trends and tools. Constantly looking for opportunities to apply those to their workflows and creative output.

Ownership & Communication

  • Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills

  • Comfortable managing projects independently while maintaining clear and timely communication with stakeholders

  • Ability to confidently present and explain design decisions tied to business goals

Tools

  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects a plus)

  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint (building masters, animations, charts, etc.), and working knowledge of Word, Excel

  • Familiarity with Ceros or similar interactive content platforms

  • Incorporates AI tools to support ideation and workflow efficiency

  • Fluency with project management tools such as Asana

  • Understands and works within design systems and component-based workflows

Bonus

  • Working knowledge of storyboarding, motion, or animation fundamentals

  • Ability to contribute to visual storytelling and narrative-driven design

  • Comfortable collaborating with front-end developers or motion/video teams

 

Requirements

  • Portfolio demonstrating strong design craft, conceptual thinking, and the ability to apply brand systems across multiple marketing channels.

  • Candidates should be prepared to discuss the design thinking and decision-making behind their work.

The base salary range for this position is $72,000–$88,000. Offered base compensation within this range will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, geographic location, and other factors relevant to the scope and responsibilities of this role.

This role is also eligible for bonus or other variable compensation based on job performance and our standard benefits package, which supports employee well-being and work-life balance.
