Huntress is people-powered cybersecurity for all businesses, not just the 1%.
The Role

Reports to: Senior Director, People Business Partners

Location: Remote US

Compensation Range: $70,000 to $80,000 base plus bonus and equity

What We Do:

Huntress is a fully remote, global team of passionate experts and ethical badasses on a mission to break down the barriers to cybersecurity. Whether creating purpose-built security solutions, hunting down hackers, or impacting our community, our people go above and beyond to change the security game and make a real difference.

Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress protects all businesses—not just the 1%—with enterprise-grade, fully owned, and managed cybersecurity products at the price of an affordable SaaS application. The Huntress difference is our One Team advantage: our technology is designed with our industry-defining Security Operations Center (SOC) in mind and is never separated from our service.

We protect 3M+ endpoints and 1M+ identities worldwide, elevating underresourced IT teams with protection that works as hard as they do. As long as hackers keep hacking, Huntress keeps hunting.

What You’ll Do:

We are looking for a Senior People Coordinator to join our scaling team! In this role, you will play an important part in supporting our teammates at pivotal moments in their Huntress journey, particularly onboarding. You will ensure systems, programs, and automations run smoothly behind the scenes while being a cultural ambassador and introducing new teammates to our company through Huntress Academy (our orientation program).

In addition to onboarding, this role will actively partner with People Business Partners to support the full teammate lifecycle, including merit/promotion cycles, internal mobility, and off-boarding. Being a data-driven team, you’ll also help support our monthly and quarterly reporting, looking for trends, sharing observations, and using findings to drive what matters: meaningful outcomes!

Responsibilities:

  • Continually own and elevate our onboarding program, seeking ways to increase impact in a scalable way, including maximizing our onboarding platform, Donut
  • Be an expert resource and point of contact for new teammates, ensuring they are set up for success as they start their careers at Huntress
  • Manage all system coordination once a new hire is handed off from the Recruiting team
  • Lead new teammates through Huntress Academy
  • Work cross-functionally with Recruiting, IT, Employee Experience, People Operations, Finance, Legal and other teams
  • Support processes like Right to Work checks and Employment Verifications
  • Manage off-boarding logistics and coordination for exiting teammates
  • Support monthly/quarterly reporting and dashboard updates

What You Bring To The Team:

  • 2+ years’ experience in an employee or customer-facing role, preferably within the HR/People or Recruiting space
  • Strong detail orientation, with an eye for noticing inconsistencies
  • Experience and comfortability with presenting, particularly to an audience that varies in level
  • Proven success balancing different priorities, including administrative and people-facing
  • Experience communicating, drafting, and organizing confidential information effectively (including presentation, email, calendar, and sensitive employee communications)
  • Comfortability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where adaptation is the norm
  • Familiarity with benefits, HR policies, compensation strategy, HRIS and compliance is a plus
  • Advanced experience with G-Suite and Slack a plus

What We Offer:

  • 100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
  • Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave
  • Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans
  • 401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution
  • Life and Disability insurance plans
  • Stock options for all full-time employees
  • One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office
  • Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance
  • $75 USD/month digital reimbursement
  • Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth

Huntress is committed to creating a culture of inclusivity where every single member of our team is valued, has a voice, and is empowered to come to work every day just as they are.

We do not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status, genetic information, marital status, or any other legally protected status.
