A Senior People Coordinator to strengthen our People team and support the growing demand for People-related services across the organization. This role will be responsible for delivering timely, high-quality support to employees and business leaders, coordinating key People operations and processes, and ensuring an excellent employee experience.
What will you do…
- Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and engagement.
- Partner with the People team lead to implement HR programs and policies.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee and manager inquiries.
- Support with coordinating employee transactions, benefits, and incentive programs.
- Collaborate with Talent, Finance, and business stakeholders.
- Provide support with preparing and analyzing People metrics, reports, and workforce data.
- Support employee relations and foster positive employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and HR best practices.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems data.
What you bring…
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or any other relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience, preferably in HR, people operations, administration, employee services, or a related field where possible.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Certifications from reputable bodies such as SHRM, HRCI or CIPM will be of added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
- Demonstrated customer-service mindset with a focus on responsiveness and employee experience.
- Evidence of collaboration and partnership across teams to achieve shared objectives.
