With these developments, the need for actionable workforce insights from our People Analytics expertise team is also rapidly growing. Therefore we are expanding our team and are looking for an energetic and hands-on senior people analytics expert to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in translating complex people data into actionable insights that enhance organizational effectiveness and support our HR and business leaders in navigating this evolving landscape.
Role and responsibilities
As a member of the People Analytics expertise team, you will play a crucial role in transforming people data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. Collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders—including business leaders, people managers, the HR leadership team, you will help shape the future of our workforce. Your main responsibilities as a senior people analytics expert will include:
· Drive shaping and execution of the ASML people strategy pillars with actionable people insights.
· Lead people analytics projects hands-on and end-to-end: collaborate with stakeholders and people analytics translators, data scientists and analysts from design to delivery.
· Contribute to developing scalable solutions that support a robust self-service operating model within HR, including (re-)design of this operating model and roles & responsibilities.
· Contribute to the step up in People Analytics through the implementation of a new People Analytics platform.
The focus of your work may change over time based on the team's priorities and needs. Alongside the core responsibilities listed above, you may also be involved in the following tasks:
· Formulate strategies to generate and validate people-related metric and ensuring effective rollout and adoption in business processes by end users. Ensure adherence to operating model processes and governance.
· Create strategies and facilitate the deployment of reliable data sets to advance data democratization across the organization.
· Identify opportunities to enhance the foundation of our People Analytics expertise, focusing on accelerating value generation, adoption, ROI, and scalability for products and projects.
· Design and support change initiatives that foster a data-driven culture transformation in HR, including the development of training materials and innovative concepts.
· Design and support employee listening initiatives (e.g., annual engagement survey, exit surveys) to gather feedback and ensure employee voices are included in decision-making processes.
Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Econometrics, Actuarial Sciences, Business Analytics, Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
· 10+ years of progressive work experience in a relevant field or role; for example people analytics, HR consulting or data analytics.
· Experience with HRIS (Workday), People Analytics technology, agile working and data management practices is a plus.
· Demonstrable experience collecting, correlating, analyzing and presenting workforce and other data sets netting decision-maker influence and results.
· Able to work effectively in a matrix organization and within a hybrid operating model, where product-based work is typically managed by our product owners using scaled agile methodologies.

· Solid understanding of data privacy protection laws and AI regulations (e.g., GDPR, EU AI Act) and the ability to translate these implications into our People Analytics roadmap.
· A collaborative team player who effectively engages and manages stakeholders and colleagues while taking a hands-on approach and demonstrating ownership and accountability.
