As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality printed circuit boards (PCBs) for our advanced electrical and digital systems. Responsibilities
- Design and develop PCBs for a variety of electrical and digital systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Conduct thorough PCB layout and routing, considering factors such as signal integrity, power distribution, and thermal management.
- Review and analyze PCB designs, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware and software engineers, to ensure seamless integration of PCBs into the overall system.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies, industry trends, and best practices in PCB design and manufacturing.
- Mentor and guide junior PCB engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to PCB functionality, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of PCBs, ensuring they meet specified requirements and industry standards.
- Document and maintain accurate records of PCB designs, revisions, and test results for future reference and compliance.
- Support the production team by providing technical expertise and guidance during PCB assembly and manufacturing processes.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in PCB design, repair, and soldering.
- Diploma or ITI qualification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of PCB design principles, including schematic capture, layout, and routing.
- Proficiency in using PCB design software such as Altium, Cadence, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of electrical and electronic components, circuits, and their interactions.
- Experience with PCB manufacturing processes, including fabrication, assembly, and testing.
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical documentation and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to stay updated with industry advancements and a commitment to continuous learning.
