As a Senior Partnership Manager, you will help Expedia Group extend the reach of its brands by building and growing strategic partnerships across Asia Pacific region. Based in Singapore and part of the Strategic Partnerships and Affiliates team within Expedia Group’s consumer business, you will lead high-value opportunities from partner identification and evaluation through negotiation, contracting, and launch. You will work with senior decision-makers to shape regional growth, develop innovative travel solutions, and deliver measurable value for partners and travelers.


In this role, you will

  • Lead the full sales cycle for high-value strategic partnerships across Asia Pacific region, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, contracting, and launch.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritise prospective partners across relevant industry verticals, using market insights, partner needs, and Expedia Group’s capabilities to develop compelling business cases.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and develop tailored partnership solutions aligned with partner objectives and Expedia Group’s commercial goals.
  • Grow and expand strategic accounts by identifying opportunities to increase revenue, deepen engagement, and deliver long-term value.
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, Product, Marketing, and other internal teams to structure, negotiate, and execute complex commercial and technical agreements.
  • Influence internal business strategies and collaborate across a matrixed organisation to deliver successful regional partnerships and strengthen the business development pipeline.

Experience and Qualifications

  • You have 7+ years of experience in account management, strategic partnerships, or new business development, preferably with financial institutions, airlines, or other major organisations.
  • You have a proven track record of leading commercial negotiations, managing strategic accounts, and delivering measurable business growth through partnerships.
  • You build strong relationships and communicate effectively, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across internal and external organisations.
  • You take a data-driven, commercially minded approach to analysing market trends, evaluating opportunities, and translating insights into compelling business cases.
  • You have strong attention to detail and can translate complex commercial or technical requirements into practical solutions while managing multiple priorities.
  • Regional account management or experience working across Asia Pacific region is preferred. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required because the role involves engaging some key partners and stakeholders in Mandarin.
