Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Channel Solutions Engineer to join our Partner team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical sales background, cybersecurity expertise, and experience enabling partners to successfully position, technical sell, and deliver services. This role combines technical pre-sales, partner enablement, and solution development to drive partner-led growth.
What will I be doing?
As a Channel Solutions Engineer, you will work closely with partners, distributors, and internal field teams to build technical capability, build and accelerate opportunities, and increase partner self-sufficiency.
Responsibilities include:
- Aligning technical services with customer business needs to drive partner-led revenue.
- Delivering product demonstrations, workshops, and technical presentations.
- Building strong relationships with partner technical teams and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Enabling partners to develop repeatable solutions and service offerings around Darktrace technologies.
- Supporting partners on strategic opportunities through discovery, solution design, and technical guidance.
- Growing partner capability through coaching, mentoring, and technical enablement.
- Maintaining partner development plans that track capability, certifications, solution maturity, and business growth.
- Contributing to wider technical initiatives and sharing knowledge across the organisation.
What experience do I need?
