As an Early Careers Coordination Specialist in the Early Careers team, you will help in supporting all key coordination activities as part of the campus season, with a focus on planning and executing in person Superdays. The team is responsible for delivering more than 1,000 diverse future leaders into entry-level analyst programs across multiple businesses and corporate areas at JPMorganChase. Job responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and execute in person and virtual interview days and Superdays, liaising with candidates and recruiters to arrange interviews and respond to any general recruitment or application queries in a timely manner
- Manage candidate queries in a timely manner, maintain accurate and consistent information in the relevant systems, ownership of shared mailboxes
- Own all aspects of campus event logistics, send invites, confirmations, and post event follow-ups to candidates, serve as main point of contact for candidates, process and track event expenses and invoices
- Participate in project management for Early Careers flagship programmes, including the organization of the summer internship experience and spring insight events
- Share innovative solutions to add value, anticipate needs, and work through ways to streamline processes
- Travel occasionally to support programme activities and events

- Industry experience or experience within event management
