Job DescriptionRole Overview: We are seeking a highly analytical “technical force multiplier” whose primary operational role is managing the end-to-end TAM recruitment process. Working alongside our current team, you will split the coverage of the Philippines by handling designated regional areas to significantly reduce the workload and prevent field delays. You will provide vital technical support to the Establishment Survey (ES) team by automating workflows and serving as the go-to person for building and fixing technical tools. This role is essential to accelerate active panel installations and eliminate manual data validations, directly removing the need for uncompensated weekend work and resolving legal compliance risks.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- End-to-End TAM Recruitment & Area Management: Co-manage the TAM (TV Audience Measurement) recruitment process by handling designated regional areas in the Philippines. Receive and evaluate addresses provided by the Establishment Survey (ES) to determine exactly which addresses are needed for recruitment and installation.
- Address Lifecycle Tracking: Manage the complete lifecycle of field addresses by dispatching them to the field, updating post-visit statuses to ensure files are always current, and generating a weekly recruitment report to track overall operations progress.
- Deep Data Analytics & Reporting: Conduct deep data analytics to secure the panel's Demo Health and maintain high In-Tab levels, ultimately protecting the overall integrity of our TV Audience Measurement data.
- Field Operations Support: Assist field operations by promptly responding to field queries and ensuring quick resolution of field concerns, which will prevent severe slowdowns and accelerate active panel installations.
- Workflow Automation: Automate internal workflows and manual data validations utilizing tools such as SurveyToGo (STg), AppSheet, and Data Dashboarding.
- Cross-Functional & Technical Support: Serve as the technical expert for the ES team to build and fix operational tools. Support other Business Units (BUs), including the panel team, and provide operations support for incentives.
- Education: Must have at least a Bachelor's degree in a computer-related course (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or other relevant fields).
- Strong analytical skills with a background in deep data analytics and creating complex Data Dashboards.
- Strong background in managing end-to-end operational pipelines, data tracking, and ensuring data quality output.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage field communications effectively.
- Knowledge or experience in Python and/or VBA scripting for data validation and workflow automation is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in building and managing operational workflows using SurveyToGo (STg) and AppSheet.
