WHAT YOU GET TO DO:
Build and manage account-based paid programs, target-account audiences, matched audiences, and intent signals from Salesforce, Clay, Apollo, and Qualified.
Write your own ad copy, headlines, and on-page content, and build and launch landing pages using Base44 and HubSpot
Run a continuous A/B testing program across page layout, headline, offer, and CTA, and optimize form conversion for lead quality and volume
Own conversion tracking and measurement end-to-end: GTM, GCLID capture, offline conversion imports, UTM governance, and Salesforce lead source integrity
Manage performance across the full funnel, from impressions and CTR through MQL, SQO, and pipeline, diagnosing exactly where performance is breaking down
Own budget pacing, forecasting, and allocation across three products and segments, holding yourself accountable to projected outcomes
Deliver weekly performance reports and executive-ready pipeline reviews, with clear reallocation recommendations and well-framed risks
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
5–7 years of B2B SaaS performance marketing experience
Personally managed $500K+ in annual paid media budget, with results that beat category benchmarks
Deep hands-on expertise building, auditing, and optimizing campaigns independently in Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Proven experience running paid across materially different buyer segments, ideally a high-velocity motion running in parallel with a long enterprise cycle
Account-based paid experience — building target account audiences and running paid programs against a sales-agreed named account list
Fluent in building landing pages and forms in HubSpot, including native A/B testing
Strong measurement fundamentals: GTM, GCLID mapping, offline conversion imports, UTM governance, CRM-integrated lead source reporting
Salesforce fluency for pipeline and closed-won reporting
Strong writing skills for ad copy, landing pages, and offers, plus analytical rigor to size opportunities and design tests that reach significance
