The Opportunity
As a Senior Organizational Change Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the operational implementation of change management services to ensure a seamless experience during transitions. This role is crucial in executing change management and communication strategies to support the adoption of new processes and technologies, aligning with Takeda's digital ambitions and ensuring an exceptional end-user experience. The Organizational Change Manager will engage with senior stakeholders to craft change narratives, conduct change impact assessments, and support program leads in planning roadmaps and deployments. This position demands a highly experienced change manager capable of driving strategic initiatives and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Change and Communication Service Delivery
- Lead end-to-end change and communication services for digital technology implementations.
- Track effectiveness through standard KPIs and metrics.
- End to End change & communications services for digital technology implementations

- Collaborate with communications team members to deliver exceptional user experience.
Training and Development
- Execute training approaches within DD&T programs, including material development, effectiveness tracking, training ap[proach, TNA, Curriculum and collaboration with training team members.
- Execute of the defined training approach
- Where relevant, collaborate with relevant training team members to deliver exceptional user experience.
Change Management Execution
- Identify and mitigate organizational, process, system, and data changes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement improvements in change and communication methods.
- Execution of defined communications and engagement activities to promote adoption.
- Monitor the change based on process data and additional gathered information using data to identify the appropriate measures.
Project Management
- Apply the Project Management practices used in Takeda's DD&T organization, in change and communications including, Project plan, Milestone Management, Status tracking and reporting, Deliverables Follow Up, Issue and Risk Management
- Guidance and oversight of resources executing activities as required.
Continuous Improvement
- Implement continuous improvement ideas, leveraging lessons learned and user feedback.
- Participate in OCM community activities to support internal collaboration and capability building.
- Works with stakeholders to identify and implement improvements within change & communications methods.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in change management in a global setting, preferably within an IT function.
- Proven ability to manage change in a diverse data and digital technology landscape.
- Experience in managing change networks.
- Experience in business partnering and providing support services internally to business stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Master's degree in a related discipline (e.g., Communications, Change Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, IS)
- Experience in Pharma and End-to-End GxP projects is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to articulate messages to varied audiences. Ability to work successfully in multi-cultural teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, business acumen, and time management abilities. Preferred: Experience in managing change networks and business partnering. Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, or Smartsheet.
- Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical abilities to evaluate program effectiveness and implement data-driven improvements.
- Advanced communication skills to engage with diverse teams and present strategies effectively.
- High attention to detail, ensuring all materials meet quality standards.
- Manages time effectively in complex situations and mentors others in time management.
- Maintains high attention to detail in complex tasks and advises others on precision.

Salary
As a motivated employee, you should be compensated appropriately. The minimum salary for this position is € 4466 per month (full time), but your final remuneration package may be higher depending on your qualifications and experience.
