Here at Version 1, we are currently in the market for an experienced Senior Oracle Cloud HCM (Absence & OTL) Functional Consultant to join our growing Cloud Practice.
You will have the opportunity to work with the latest cloud technology and worked on projects across a multiplicity of sectors and industries.
In addition, you would be given the opportunity to undertake accreditations and educational assistance for courses relevant to your role.
Oracle Cloud HCM (Absence & OTL) Functional Consultant
Job Description
You will be leading and overseeing the development of detailed solution designs in Oracle HCM Cloud specifically within Absence and OTL (Time & Labour).
In addition, you will be:
- Leading workshops and advising the client on the best practices for adoption of the solution.
- Leading the configuration of the system to match the business requirements and system design.
- Demonstrating the solution in design playback sessions.
- Creating and developing workbooks and documentation to support the system design.
- Building trusted relationships with the client and managing their expectations on delivery within the scope.
- Driving forward the training and coaching of colleagues and clients alike.
You will have expertise within:
- Oracle Cloud HCM (Absence & OTL)
- Implementing onboarding journeys and approval workflows
- Multiple full implementation projects in the Oracle HCM Cloud space
- Configuration skills within Fast Formula.
- Running workshops (Process, design, configuration, test and validate)
- Functional application leadership and guidance to clients regarding “leading practices” and the functionality of the software modules through all phases of an implementation.
- Documenting solutions clearly and share knowledge freely within our Cloud community.
