About the job:

We are seeking a Senior Operations Specialist to support our growing business. This position is part of the Singapore Operations team and plays a key role in order management and third-party logistics (3PL) coordination, working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the successful delivery of business and supply chain objectives.

The role is responsible for managing end-to-end customer orders, including close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. In addition, the Senior Operations Specialist will drive continuous process improvement initiatives, both internally and in partnership with our 3PL providers, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall operational performance.

What you will be doing:

  • Order management: oversees the entire lifecycle of customer orders, from initial entry to final delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction
  • Data Accuracy: Maintain, update, and monitor customer data and order status within an ERP or order management system.
  • Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for order inquiries, updates, and complaints.
  • Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Operational Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to workflows, reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze daily, weekly, or monthly performance metrics and reports to identify trends.
  • Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to internal policies, safety protocols, and external regulatory requirements.
  • Inventory management : Perform audits, reconciliations, and cycle counts to ensure accurate stock records

Who are we looking for:

  • Experience: 3–5+ years in operational roles, with proven experience in order management / process improvement.
  • Technical Skills:  Experience with ERP software (e.g., SAP, JDE) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and order processing
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
