The Senior Operations Specialist, Revenue Strategy & Analytics, is the analytical and operational engine behind revenue growth for the Meters business. You will build revenue models, analyze performance trends, and lead cross‑functional workstreams that launch new revenue initiatives. This role blends analytics, project management, and operational execution, and works closely with Demand & Planning, Field Service, Client Experience, Finance, and Technology.

Build and maintain revenue models, forecasts, and dashboards
Analyze pricing, volume, mix, and margin trends
Identify revenue opportunities and performance gaps
Support monthly and quarterly revenue reviews with insights and recommendations
Project‑manage new revenue initiatives from concept through launch
Coordinate with Demand & Planning, Field, CX, SC, Finance, and IT to ensure operational readiness
Build workflows, SOPs, and documentation for new revenue streams
Track initiative performance and ensure accountability across teams
Support pricing updates, revenue pilots, and service‑line expansions
Build reporting packages and executive‑ready summaries
