• Manage application configuration, metadata, business rules, workflows, dashboards, reporting objects, and security structures to support evolving business requirements.
• Support and enhance xP&A solutions, including budgeting, forecasting, scenario modelling, analytics, and future planning capabilities within OneStream.
• Lead technical onboarding, administration, and operational support for newly deployed OneStream modules and capabilities, ensuring successful adoption and long-term sustainment.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Data Management, and IT stakeholders to evaluate enhancement opportunities, improve business processes, and deliver scalable solutions aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Govern application security, user access, Segregation of Duties (SoD), audit controls, and compliance requirements while supporting periodic access reviews and regulatory audits.
• Oversee change management, testing, release deployments, platform upgrades, and validation activities to ensure controlled and compliant system changes.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, operational efficiencies, and platform modernization initiatives to maximize business value and user experience.
• Work with global teams both from IT and Finance.
What You Have:
  • Expertise in OneStream EPM, including Financial Consolidation, Financial Close, Reporting, and xP&A.
  • Experience administering and optimizing OneStream SaaS environments.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and consolidation processes.
  • Ability to configure and manage metadata, business rules, workflows, dashboards, security, and reporting.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex application, data, and integration issues.
  • Knowledge of governance, security, user access controls, and audit requirements.
  • Experience managing platform upgrades, releases, testing, and change management.
  • Strong partnership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
