With more than $59.4 billion in sales and revenue in 2022, more than 100,000 employees and more than 15 brands, Caterpillar’s scale is significant — as is its digital division, Cat Digital, which works with more than 1.4 million connected assets globally. Career Growth
Chrissy Metz believes that she grew up in the “best of both worlds” — on a farm in the south suburbs of Chicago, where dirt bike rides with her younger brothers were just as common as museum trips into the city. Little did she know back then that her city-girl-meets-rural-life story would set the perfect stage for a long, enriching career at Caterpillar. Metz has had countless roles throughout the almost 19 years she has worked at the company. Since joining the company in the marketing rotation program in 2006, Metz has learned — and experienced — more than she could have imagined. “I’m truly grateful for all the opportunities I have had with this company," she said.
