Job Description
- Support end‑to‑end recruitment activities for assigned hiring portfolios, including job posting, sourcing, CV screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidates’ suitability, experience, motivation, and compensation expectations.
- Coordinate interview schedules, logistics, and follow‑ups with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support management of recruitment timelines and ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and employee referrals.
- Assist in building and maintaining candidate pipelines for recurring or volume hiring roles.
- Work closely with hiring managers to clarify job requirements and preferred candidate profiles.
- Provide regular recruitment updates to hiring managers and the TA team.
- Assist in the preparation of offer proposals and employment documentation in accordance with internal guidelines.
- Coordinate offer acceptance, pre‑employment checks, and onboarding handover to HR operations.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date recruitment records in HR Workday systems.
- Support recruitment trackers, basic hiring reports, and administrative documentation.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, governance standards, and audit requirements.
- Participate in recruitment projects, career fairs, employer branding initiatives, and ad‑hoc TA tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of relevant recruitment experience, covering at least part of the end‑to‑end hiring process.
- Prior experience in an in‑house TA, HR shared services, or recruitment agency environment is preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and candidate screening skills.
- Detail‑oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks with guidance.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and recruitment systems.
- Proactive, dependable, team‑oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
