Develops and delivers training programs for Total Facilities Management, conducts quality inspections and audits, manages BISC certification rollout, evaluates training impact, and supports recruitment and continuous improvement for soft services operations.

Manage day-to-day security operations and service delivery for assigned contracts, ensuring SLA/KPI compliance, client communication, revenue forecasting, P&L management, licensing and audits, staff scheduling and training, site visits, and coordination with SOC and account teams to prevent contractual penalties and ensure regulatory compliance (SIRA).

Manage transactional HR and administration for Workforce Solutions: insurance census, cash/credit requests, HRMS updates, onboarding/offboarding, visa and payroll services, SOP/KPI adherence, team training, reporting, and process improvement/automation initiatives to ensure timely, cost-effective HR delivery.

Lead a team of account managers to grow workforce outsourcing business, manage client relationships and vendor partnerships, ensure billing accuracy and contract compliance, drive process improvements and innovation, and oversee financial performance and cost optimization.

Ensure data integrity across HR systems (Oracle, EBS), monitor SLAs and KPIs, identify trends and exceptions, support process improvements and automation, and partner with HR Operations and system owners to correct data issues and improve governance and employee experience.

Manage assigned hospitality client accounts end-to-end, ensuring contract profitability, SLA/KPI performance, client relationships, staff mobilization, operational excellence, and identifying process automation and cost-saving opportunities.
