We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in New York City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working three to four days a week in the office.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Senior Office Coordinator with experience managing financial, administrative, and logistical functions. This role requires working three to four days per week in the office with a dynamic and high performing team.

We will count on you to:

  • Manage and process expense reports, including those for the Board of Directors, ensuring accuracy, compliance with company policies, and timely reimbursements.  
  • Execute vendor payments efficiently through the iProcurement system, maintaining accurate records and ensuring adherence to Procurement policies.
  • Prepare detailed sourcing grids for meetings and events.
  • Track event budgets and coordinate logistics for meetings and special events.
  • Oversee artwork management, including inventory control, documentation, and timely updates.
  • Support special projects to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Manage the team supplies and event supplies. Pack event supply boxes and prepare detailed customs forms to avoid shipping delays.

What you need to have: 

  • Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of relevant sourcing or procurement experience including requisition processing, and procurement workflow management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and appetite for adopting new technologies such as iProcurement, Cvent and AI tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail and ability to communicate with stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability

Marsh is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $49,300 to $98,600.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
