We’re looking for a Senior Network Transformation Lead to spearhead a high-impact enterprise network modernization initiative. In this role, you’ll provide both technical leadership and strategic guidance, leading Cisco transformation efforts while ensuring successful integration across existing Fortinet environments.

This is an ideal opportunity for a senior network professional who combines deep technical expertise with strong client engagement and leadership capabilities. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and modern network solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead enterprise Cisco network transformation initiatives from planning through execution
  • Serve as the primary technical lead across Cisco and Fortinet network environments
  • Design, deploy, and optimize Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela) solutions
  • Drive Cisco ISE initiatives, including identity-based access policies and network access control
  • Support Cisco SD-Access implementations focused on segmentation, automation, and secure connectivity
  • Integrate and manage Fortinet firewall technologies within the broader network architecture
  • Facilitate client meetings, technical workshops, and vendor engagements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and milestone achievement
  • Provide strategic recommendations to improve network performance, scalability, and security posture
  • Act as a trusted advisor to both technical and business stakeholders

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering and infrastructure transformation
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale network modernization projects
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Cisco Viptela SD-WAN
    • Cisco ISE (Identity Services Engine)
    • Cisco SD-Access
    • Fortinet Firewalls
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead discussions, manage vendor relationships, and influence decision-making
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments

Nice to Have

  • Experience working within hybrid Cisco–Fortinet enterprise environments
  • Industry certifications such as Cisco CCNP/CCIE or Fortinet NSE
  • Experience supporting large-scale, multi-site enterprise deployments

Location & Travel

  • Candidates must be based in Canada
  • Preferred locations: Toronto/GTA or Montreal (other Canadian locations may be considered)
  • Ability to travel within Canada as required
  • Flexibility to work onsite in the Toronto office when needed

Skills Required

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering and infrastructure transformation
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale network modernization projects
  • Strong expertise in Cisco Viptela SD-WAN
