The Client Director will sell IT solutions, maintain client relations, and drive sales profitability through strategic planning and consultative selling.

Implement, manage, and improve Google SecOps environments; develop YARA-L 2.0 rules; lead SecOps project delivery; translate business requirements into technical solutions; identify automation and efficiency opportunities; track work and reporting; act as escalation point; analyze use-case implementations; process tickets and resolve platform issues; support cybersecurity initiatives and maintain documentation.

The Senior Site Reliability Engineer is responsible for architecting reliability strategies, implementing SRE frameworks, mentoring engineers, and ensuring system resilience and performance in government systems.

Lead design, build, and ongoing administration of VMware and Windows infrastructure: deploy vSphere clusters, commission physical Windows servers, design and operate Active Directory and Group Policy, manage DNS/DHCP/PKI, integrate Microsoft 365, implement backup/DR (Veeam/VMware SRM/Zerto), automate with PowerShell, produce documentation, and provide Tier 3 escalation support.

Design, develop, and maintain Halo ITSM workflows, automations, integrations, service catalog, CMDB/asset management, reporting, and self-service portal improvements. Troubleshoot integrations, support platform upgrades, create documentation, and collaborate across IT and business teams to implement ITIL-aligned service management solutions.

Implement, configure, and optimize ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) Pro: manage publisher packs, integrate procurement and Shopping Hub, build integrations (REST/SOAP), import entitlement data, create dashboards and automated reclamation workflows to improve license utilization and compliance.

Design, implement, and operate secure, scalable Azure infrastructure and PaaS/IaaS services. Maintain availability, automation, CI/CD pipelines, identity integration (Entra ID/Okta), security hardening, monitoring, cost optimization, and disaster recovery. Collaborate with dev, security, and operations teams to ensure compliant, resilient cloud-native application platforms and runbooks.

Lead and transform enterprise IT operations across cloud, on-premises, networking, and end-user services. Define IT strategy and architecture, ensure service reliability and disaster recovery, manage cloud and SaaS platforms, implement ITSM practices, drive automation and cost optimization, lead a distributed engineering team, manage vendor contracts and budgets, and ensure compliance and audit readiness while partnering with Security and business stakeholders.
