Job Duties
Lead 2d motion and interactive design to elevate digital experiences. This role focuses on motion, product storytelling, and visual engagement to support conversion and brand differentiation.

Job Summary

Lead 2d motion and interactive design to elevate digital experiences. This role focuses on motion, product storytelling, and visual engagement to support conversion and brand differentiation. 

Job Duties 

  • Design and implement motion for website and digital experiences 
  • Create 2d motion graphics for product storytelling and campaigns 
  • Collaborate with design and growth teams on conversion-focused assets 
  • Optimize motion for performance and user experience 
  • Maintain motion design standards and libraries 
     

Accountabilities/Results/Success for this role    

  • Improved website engagement and conversion rates 
  • High-quality motion assets that enhance brand perception 
  • Scalable motion systems for ongoing use 
     

Required Qualifications/Skills/Competencies  

  • 10+ years in motion design 
  • Expertise in motion and animation tools 
  • Experience with web performance and UX principles 
  • Strong storytelling and visual communication skills

Working Environment  

  • Conditions may include working inside and/or outside.  May work around office machinery with moving parts and moving objects.  Working near radiant and electrical energy.  Working closely with others or working alone.  Working extended or irregular hours and travelling by all possible modes of transportation.

Physical Job Requirements
