Job Description:
Join us and become a key memory design team member - an active participant in the definition, design, simulation, analysis, optimization and validation of mixed signal circuitry for serial memory products.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in circuit design for low power circuits.
- Experience in:
- Memory design / Mixed signal / Serial protocols / High voltage pumps.
- Development of mixed signal modules at transistor level, bandgaps, references, oscillators, LDOs, level shifters, OTA and comparators, etc.
- Using state-of-the-art VLSI CAD tools and transistor level simulators such as SPECTR, FINESIM or HSIM and working knowledge of chip level simulators.
- Working knowledge of semiconductor device physics, transistor characteristics, and associated layout considerations.
- HDL design using the Verilog language is a plus.
- Expertise in using Unix based systems as well as scripting languages: Perl and TCL would be a plus.
- You work effectively in cross functional team environments. In this team you'll be the interface with the applications, marketing and test engineering CAD, layout teams.
- You are an excellent decision maker, able to take the information at hand and consistently make decisions that expedite the goals of the project.
- Good English skills (both writing and speaking).
