Job Description

What You’ll Do

1. Platform Development and Integration:
o Design, develop, and maintain marketing technology platforms using Java and related technologies.
o Integrate third-party marketing tools (e.g., CDP, Sales Enablement, analytics, email marketing) into existing systems.
o Ensure seamless data flow and communication between platforms.

2. Customization and Optimization:
o Customize marketing platforms to align with business requirements and

marketing strategies.
o Optimize platform performance for speed, scalability, and reliability.
o Implement personalization and automation features to enhance user engagement.

3. Data Management and Analytics:
o Develop solutions for data collection, processing, and storage from various

marketing channels.
o Implement analytics pipelines to track and report on campaign performance.
o Collaborate with data science teams to enable advanced analytics and

predictive modeling.

4. Technical Collaboration:
o Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to gather

requirements and deliver solutions.
o Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

5. Continuous Improvement:
o Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in marketing technology. o Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve platform capabilities.

Contribute to building and maintaining technical documentation.

What makes you qualified?

o 3-5 years of experience in Java/Pyhotn/Node Js.
o Proven experience working with any of marketing technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Adobe Experience Cloud).
o Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, and web services integration.
o Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Framework. Experience with RESTful APIs. o Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
o Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
o Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
