The Impact You'll Have The Senior Marketing Strategist will balance strategy and project management skills as you develop and execute marketing programs. You're curious, flexible, customer-focused, resourceful and build strong relationships as you take on important projects to drive growth and retention. You'll own mid-large-size marketing projects, as you work with sales, product, insights and digital teams to develop and execute a marketing plan. You'll be a leader supporting a culture that focuses on finding new and better ways to do great things and puts the customer at the center of all you do. What You'll Do
- Leads development of strategic Commercial Markets marketing plans and owns the execution of winning go-to-market strategies for large and high-profile initiatives.
- Creates data-driven sales enablement materials that are aligned to strategic objectives and support key go-to-market B2B presentations and initiatives
- Partners closely with Sales and Product teams to translate business goals into marketing strategies, plans, and deliverables/promotional materials to drive enrollment growth; serves as Marketing expert in cross-functional working teams, with a strong ability to influence.
- Leverages market intel, performance reporting, and other data to inform plans. Continuously tests, learns, and looks for innovative marketing tactics and ways to incorporate insights to close gaps and drive growth.
- Drives best-in-class Marketing Planning and Review processes; measures and evaluates the effectiveness of plans and campaigns including acquisition and retention metrics and ROI.
- Leads execution and implementation of marketing and communications campaigns and projects, providing updates to project team and business partners on an on-going basis. Has strong project management experience from discovery to launch, with a proven track record in scope / timeline building and on-time execution.
- Manages acquisition strategies; coordinates internal production, creative and support teams, as well as external vendors and other business partners, to develop and implement marketing plans.
- Develops and owns marketing plans for winning go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborates with sales and product divisions on ongoing development of product and sales strategies.
- Develops reporting and utilizes data for insights. Continuously tests, learns and looks for new and better ways to accomplish goals.
- Executes implementation of marketing and communications plans and projects, providing updates to project team and business partners on an on-going basis.

- 5+ years of related communications/marketing professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of a degree, an additional two years of relevant experience beyond the qualifications listed above may be accepted.
- Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and concisely, actively listen to anticipate stakeholder needs, and align others to drive informed decisions.
- Ability to analyze complex information, evaluate options, and work cross-functionally to drive resolution and prevent recurrence.
- Ability to effectively organize work, balance competing priorities, and manage time across complex assignments and competing deadlines.
- Experience in healthcare or regulated industries.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools.
- Strong skills in campaign development, audience segmentation, and market analysis.
- Proficiency with digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.

Compensation and Benefits $79,100.00 - $104,800.00 - $130,500.00 AnnualPay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
