We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to help shape how TabSquare grows, communicates, and earns attention across markets.

This is a highly cross-functional role spanning brand, growth, product storytelling, digital marketing, and experimentation. You’ll work across different initiatives and teams to help strengthen our presence, support go-to-market efforts, explore new growth opportunities, and contribute to how our products and brand are experienced by the market.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting product launches, feature storytelling, and go-to-market initiatives

• Exploring low-cost and unconventional growth opportunities across digital channels and communities

• Helping shape how TabSquare communicates its products, value propositions, and brand

• Performance Marketing - Drive the drafting and sending EDM/ SMS and Whatsapp Campaigns, work towards optimization of campaign elements to achieve desired results.

• Creating and coordinating content across social media, campaigns, and digital touchpoints

• Supporting experiments related to product-led growth, user engagement, and demand generation

• Helping turn product capabilities and customer stories into compelling narratives and marketing assets

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, product marketing or related roles.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.

• Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns.

• Past experience in drafting, sending and tracking EDM, SMS and Whatsapp Campaigns.

• Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Experience with product marketing tools and platforms. Past experience with Campaign management tools like mailchimp, sendgrid etc is a plus.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence without authority.

• Strong analytical skills to measure the impact of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for pitches and training sessions.
