About this Position

The Marketing Specialist supports and coordinates the Awards and Recognition Programs. The Analyst facilitates interaction between the department, senior management, senior field leaders, IT, and outside vendor companies and ensures that administrative requirements are efficiently met. The Marketing Analyst provides project coordination support for all on-going recognition projects being handled by departments and serves as back-up to the Imagine staff in the company store, special events, and company tours. Position will assist department accountant with T&E processing, Agent Reimbursements and processing vouchers for vendor payments.
The estimated salary range for this position is: 43K - 45K

Responsibilities & Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

• Strong organizational skills

• General accounting skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Excellent presentation skills

• Excellent knowledge of sales force mentality

• Ability to work independently without close supervision

• Ability to interact with upper management

• Flexibility to handle multiple and changing priorities

• Proficient in the use of PC and related software:  Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Knowledge of Microsoft Access helpful

• Proficient in the use of Primerica Online is helpful

• Ability to travel as needed
