Compensation Range

Hourly: $30.55 - $35.80 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

About This Job

The main purpose of this job is to provide brand-driven marketing support for the Commercial line of business.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and execute brand-driven marketing initiatives, including branded content, sales materials, event-related booth graphics and ad assets for paid media campaigns both digital and traditional

  • Oversee development of native articles and sponsored content aligned to brand voice

  • Lead project management including reviews, approvals and delivery with internal and external stakeholders

  • Coordinate and deliver on agreed upon schedule and objectives. This includes timing, vendor management, quality control, Legal and Compliance, integration with internal communications and brand standards with moderate independence.

  • Conduct brand, market and competitor research to identify key trends and opportunities

  • Implement continuous improvements for marketing processes

  • Ensure brand consistency, tone and alignment with corporate guidelines

  • Manage multiple tasks and projects in a demanding environment

  • Collaborate with other team members and other areas of the bank to identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility and engagement

  • Proactively identify ways to assist team members and streamline processes

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

  • Skilled at brand positioning and communicating unique value proposition, key differentiation, and customer benefits

  • Basic understanding of visual and design principles including how to maintain consistency in logo usage, colors, typography, and visual elements

  • Effective communication, collaboration, and writing skills

  • Curious mindset with strong problem-solving skills

  • Proven project management skills

  • Strong customer service and vendor management skills

  • Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and core values

  • Basic level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook 

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, Mass Media, Advertising, Public Relations, or equivalent combination of education and experience required

  • 3+ years of marketing or corporate project management experience required

  • Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Salesforce CRM, and Sharepoint experience preferred

At Commerce, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $30.55 to $35.80 per hour.
