We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This individual will be an experienced, client-centric marketer, who will help support our Capital Markets segment strategy and Capital Markets NAMR go-to-market programs for Broadridge. The Broadridge Capital Markets business is poised for tremendous growth, and marketing plays a key role in its short, medium and long term growth ambitions.
The candidate should have segment or industry marketing experience, preferably in the financial services or technology industry, and have a good understanding of the financial markets ecosystem. The candidate should have experience in developing B2B marketing strategies and in building marketing campaigns and sales tools that deliver measurable results. In addition, the candidate must be able to thrive in a changing, highly complex, fast-paced environment – always taking a proactive approach.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work from home.
Responsibilities:

Support the development of the Capital Markets segment marketing strategy, in the US, aligned to business strategy and sales goals, and assist in managing the overall CM quarterly plan

Partner with Segment, Regional and central marketing teams (Brand, Digital Events, PR), and with business and sales leaders, to develop integrated marketing campaigns

Execute an appropriate mix of multi-channel, digital-first marketing tactics to deliver consistent and sustained marketing messages that reach the target audience to drive greater engagement and leads

Advance our client/prospect engagement via digital marketing strategies

Manage our digital and social presence, and guide and assist with our PR initiatives.

Coordinate, plan, and assist in executing our events strategy

Maintain a calendar of all segment and region-specific efforts to proactively keep marketing colleagues and internal partners informed.

Qualifications
-
B2B marketing professional with 3-5 years of experience in a financial services and/or tech company. Experience in capital markets is preferred.

Experience in developing go-to-market strategies and tactics that deliver strong business and marketing results.

Strong communication skills (spoken & written) and ability to effectively partner with key stakeholders.

Broad, hands-on knowledge and experience in digital marketing with expertise in social and digital content marketing.

Experience in some of the following area: events, PR, content marketing, brand initiatives.
Salary range $80,000 - $85,000. Bonus Eligible.
