Who are we?
Workiz is the leading SaaS platform for field service teams, trusted by over 120,000 pros. We help real, hard-working people run and grow their businesses with an end-to-end solution to schedule jobs, dispatch, invoice, track performance, and get paid in the field, all in one place.
We're on a mission to revolutionize our industry by "automating everything but holding the wrench": giving our users smart, AI-powered tools that replace time-consuming tasks, generate more revenue, and free them to focus on building their small business into an empire.
We're proud to be ranked #5 on Dun's 100 list of 2025 of Israel's best companies to work for.
Who are you?
You’re a hands-on operator who treats the marketing engine as a system to be perfected, not a set of tasks to be checked off. Our stack is already up and running. Your job is to take it from good to great: sharpen what’s working, fix what’s leaking, and level it up as we scale.
You live in HubSpot, get a quiet thrill from a workflow that just works, and see a leaky funnel or broken attribution model as a puzzle waiting to be solved.
You’re senior enough to own the marketing and partnerships tech stack end-to-end, but you’re an individual contributor at heart. You’d rather get into the system and improve it yourself than hand it off. You think in terms of full-funnel impact: how a paid click becomes a lead, how a lead becomes a deal, and how a partner-sourced opportunity is routed, tracked, and credited correctly through revenue.
You embrace AI as a core part of how you work, actively experimenting with new ways to improve automations, connect tools, and increase your own output. You move fast, support your decisions with data, and bring structure and clarity to everything you touch.
What will you be doing all day?
This is a hands-on ownership role. You’ll take systems that already exist and make them faster, cleaner, and more scalable.
- Own and optimize HubSpot Marketing Operations, including workflows, integrations, properties, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, campaign architecture, data hygiene, and reporting across the journey from first touch through conversion.
- Elevate marketing operations by ensuring campaigns, lead routing, attribution, and reporting are accurate, efficient, and scalable.
- Sharpen tracking and attribution by improving how we measure the funnel end-to-end, strengthening the connection between paid channels and HubSpot, and evolving our multi-touch attribution model into a trusted source of truth.
- Improve automation and middleware by maintaining and upgrading the connections between HubSpot, our databases, and advertising platforms.
- Oversee data quality, including incoming data requests, audience segmentation, performance analysis, and regular database hygiene audits.
- Own partnership operations by improving how we track partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, automating lead handoffs and routing, and providing the partnerships team with reliable data.
- Drive attribution and analytics across acquisition, conversion, expansion, and churn. Identify where the funnel is breaking, where budget is performing, and where improvements will have the greatest impact.
- Bring AI into the marketing engine by identifying manual, repetitive, and error-prone processes and automating them with AI and no-code or low-code tools.
- Partner cross-functionally with teams across the company to improve operational efficiency and accelerate growth throughout the customer lifecycle.
Ideally, we're looking for
- 5+ years in marketing operations, RevOps, or GTM operations, in B2B SaaS, with a track record of owning and improving a marketing tech stack.
- Deep HubSpot expertise: expert across workflows, integrations, lifecycle management, campaign management, reporting, and Hubspot Marketing Hub. This is the core of the role.
- Strong mastery of HubSpot Campaigns: structuring, executing, and reporting on them.
- A builder's mindset for automation: you translate business needs into working systems and love optimizing a process until it just runs. You pick up new tools fast.
- Solid grasp of paid channels: Facebook Ads and Google Ads, and how they connect to HubSpot for tracking and attribution.
- GTM understanding: how marketing, sales, and partnerships fit together as one revenue motion.
- Experience operating in a fast-moving, SMB SaaS or scale-up environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; comfortable working with data to drive decisions.
- Fluent English: reading, writing, and speaking.
These would also be nice
- Experience with automation platforms such as Make and n8n, along with APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
- Experience with BI and attribution tools such as Tableau, as well as mobile attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer.
- SEO and AEO, or Answer Engine Optimization, experience within HubSpot.
- A background in Revenue Operations or HubSpot consulting.
- Experience with AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar platforms.
