Own the full sales cycle for North American field service SMBs: prospect, demo, negotiate, and close deals. Make 40+ calls daily, manage pipeline in CRM, run presentations, and hit quota while continuously improving through coaching.

Prospect and qualify inbound demo requests, trials, and partner-sourced leads through high-volume calling, emailing, and messaging. Convert trial users into sales-ready opportunities, maintain disciplined HubSpot CRM notes, recover no-shows, collaborate with AEs on handoffs, and provide feedback to improve messaging and conversion.

Own and optimize the HubSpot-driven marketing tech stack end-to-end: improve workflows, integrations, tracking, attribution, automation, data quality, partner operations, and analytics. Use AI and no-code tools to scale pipelines and provide trustworthy reporting to drive growth.
