Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategy for Mexico, with end to end budget ownership and accountability for vintage gross margin against marketing investment.
- Drive in-store marketing across retail network with thousands of points of sale, including
- Align on joint marketing strategies with B2B retail partners and OEMs
- Ensure coherent brand and messages throughout the customer journey
- Co-ordinate with suppliers and field force sales team to ensure high coverage of quality materials at all points of sale
- Drive growth through seasonal and always on marketing
- Ensure strong local brand identity in PR and customer campaigns. Invest to develop local brand identity and appropriate positioning in B2C and B2B2C marketing
- Drive B2C business through B2C retail channel and digital campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Partner with the Country Manager and Head of Sales to implement and scale new go-to-market business model (new channels, new products, etc).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree marketing, communication, advertising, or studying in a field related to data analysis.
- 4+ years of experience with paid and retention marketing, as well as digital marketing, in consumer electronics and/or fintech industries. Experience serving underbanked customers is a plus.
- Track record of results in trade marketing, branding, and media expertise, with a strong bias for action
- Experience delivering commercial KPIs e.g. customer lifetime value, CAC, ROI, etc.
- Familiarity with Public Relation strategy
- Highly organized, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working across diverse subject areas and a fast learner.
