AppsFlyer is hiring a Senior Marketing Manager, India, to help lead and scale our marketing efforts in one of the most dynamic and competitive mobile-first markets. In this role, you’ll contribute to shaping and executing a cohesive country marketing strategy spanning demand, events, partnerships, and customer engagement.
You will co-manage the full marketing funnel in close collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Partner Development, and Global Marketing teams, while overseeing vendors and (potentially) freelancers to deliver high-impact programs that drive revenue and market growth.
This position is ideal for a hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys building impactful, cross-functional initiatives within a highly connected marketing organization.
What You’ll DoStrategy & Planning- Develop and execute the India-specific field marketing plan aligned with global strategy.
- Identify growth opportunities in the market, optimizing spend for maximum impact.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to achieve pipeline targets and marketing-influenced revenue goals.
- Plan, execute, and optimize regional campaigns to drive awareness, leads, and pipeline growth.
- Localize and adapt global campaigns for the India market.
- Work with vendors, freelancers, and partners to execute multi-channel campaigns, including digital, ABM, and offline activations.
- Own field events—from concept to execution (C-level retreats, roundtables, conferences, partner events).
- Maximize presence at industry events, securing speaking slots, sponsorships, and networking opportunities.
- Identify and manage local marketing vendors and content creators.
- Ensure execution meets brand standards and business objectives.
- Optimize vendor relationships for cost-effective, high-quality output.
- Monitor and report on campaign ROI, lead generation, and marketing impact on pipeline.
- Provide regular market insights to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure marketing planning and execution are solidly aligned with global standards and processes.
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in mobile tech, SaaS, or MarTech.
- Strong field marketing and demand generation experience, including events and ABM.
- Experience working in India’s mobile and digital ecosystem.
- Ability to strategize and execute independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience managing agencies, freelancers, and third-party vendors.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Willingness to travel within and outside India for events and customer engagements.
Experience in the mobile, digital marketing, or advertising ecosystem
Experience working across APAC markets
Familiarity with revenue operations and data-driven marketing measurement
