Role purpose 

As Senior Marketing Manager, your core responsibility is to drive high-quality leads and measurable pipeline growth through performance marketing and conversion rate optimisation. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and refining marketing campaigns, managing automation workflows, and optimising the customer journey from first touch to qualified lead, while supporting the sales team through to close. Your work will directly contribute to revenue outcomes and marketing ROI. 

This role is critical in aligning marketing and sales efforts, improving lead conversion rates, and ensuring the business continues to scale efficiently. 

Key responsibilities: 

Performance & Demand Generation 

  • Plan, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Google Ads) to drive pipeline 
  • Own conversion rate optimisation across landing pages, forms, and funnels (Wordpress and Hubspot) 
  • Build and maintain marketing automation workflows in HubSpot, including email nurture, lead scoring, and segmentation 
  • Develop and execute multi-channel acquisition campaigns aligned to business growth and revenue targets 
  • Monitor campaign performance using GA4, HubSpot, and other BI tools to inform optimisations 

Marketing Communications & Brand 

  • Contribute to and maintain brand messaging, USPs, and positioning for HSI APAC and its portfolio 
  • Drive brand visibility and reputation across APAC 
  • Manage and grow the HSI customer newsletter to support engagement, retention, and cross-sell/upsell outcomes 
  • Support internal communication of marketing initiatives, brand updates, and enablement resources 

Digital & Web Strategy 

  • Oversee strategy and performance of the company website and digital presence 
  • Manage digital advertising, SEO, and reputation across channels 
  • Localise campaigns and assets for new and existing markets, ensuring cultural and strategic relevance 
  • Collaborate on global market expansion efforts and partner marketing support 

BDR & Sales Enablement 

  • Partner with the BDR team to create prospecting assets, campaign scripts, cadences, and brochures 
  • Enable BDRs with the content, messaging, and training needed for pipeline growth and ABM execution 
  • Track marketing-sourced pipeline metrics including BDRQLs, nurtures, and conversion rates 
  • Collaborate with other departments to support BDR education on new products and solutions 

Partnerships & Trade Marketing 

  • Build strategic relationships with industry associations and trade partners across APAC  
  • Manage corporate memberships and co-marketing initiatives 
  • Develop partner enablement programs to support resellers and channel partners with campaign tools and brand assets 
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will: 

  • Be highly analytical and results-driven, with a strong understanding of funnel metrics and ROI 
  • Have deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot (certifications desirable) 
  • Have extensive experience with paid social media ads, PPC and GA4 
  • Be proficient with Microsoft suite, in addition to being familiar with other marketing tools such as Canva, Youtube, and Dealfront  
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to testing, iteration, and continuous improvement 
  • Bring a growth mindset and a collaborative, can-do attitude 
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with both marketing and sales stakeholders 
  • Be comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
  • Understand the nuances of enterprise SaaS buyers and the B2B buying journey 
  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally within enterprise SaaS or complex B2B sales 
  • Demonstrated success managing digital performance campaigns and optimising for lead conversion 
  • Strong technical proficiency with HubSpot; experience with Salesforce is a bonus 
  • Working knowledge of CRO principles, testing tools (e.g. Google Optimize, Hotjar, Lucky Orange), and analytics platforms 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
