Manages post-sale customer accounts, driving adoption, retention, renewals, expansion, and value realization. Develops success plans, monitors customer health metrics, conducts business reviews, resolves challenges cross-functionally, and advocates for customer needs. Uses CRM and customer success platforms to analyze usage data, identify risks and growth opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

The Account Executive will manage qualified inbound leads, drive full-cycle sales, conduct product demos, and develop proposals for SaaS solutions in EHS and compliance industries. They will also expand opportunities and maintain account activity using Salesforce.

Serve as primary contact for LMS administrators and users: troubleshoot issues, manage support cases, train customers, administer LMS functionality, escalate technical problems, document interactions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.

Design, build, test, deploy and support enterprise full-stack applications. Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, participate in design, code reviews, Agile ceremonies and on-call rotation. Ensure scalable, secure, maintainable solutions, CI/CD automation, incident response, technical debt reduction and cross-functional collaboration with Product, QA and DevOps.

Manage and improve NAC and IAM programs, provide Tier 2 support for access and authentication, implement SSO and Zero Trust controls, oversee access governance and RBAC, automate identity workflows, troubleshoot access incidents, manage vendor relationships, and lead cross-functional security projects.

The AI Product Manager is responsible for strategy and execution of AI solutions, managing product roadmaps, collaborating with teams, and improving AI performance through metrics and user feedback.

Provide in-person proctoring and technical support for computer-based training in a 32-seat lab: oversee class sessions, verify training completion, manage LMS records and confidential documents, troubleshoot computer and course issues, handle scheduling and administrative duties, and maintain a clean, professional classroom environment.

Outbound BDR responsible for generating pipeline via proactive account-based outreach: cold calling, email, LinkedIn and social engagement. Qualify prospects, book meetings, collaborate with Sales and ABM/Field Marketing, maintain CRM records, and use market intelligence to drive opportunities within a defined New Zealand territory.
