Job Summary

The Senior Marketing Manager at WATI will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth, enhance brand awareness, and generate leads. This role requires a seasoned marketing professional with a deep understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution, particularly within the SaaS industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role and be adept at leading a team to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives, particularly for SaaS products.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, with a focus on SaaS.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and ROI.
  • Performance Tracking: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and use analytics to measure and report on campaign performance.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and more.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance marketing efforts and expand reach.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, email marketing software).
    • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
