Job Description
Job Summary:
- Drive, execute and optimize marketing activities (campaigns, tactics) across Hong Kong to reach users, enabling sales growth for all brands while ensuring the alignment with the brand positioning.
- Being key point of contact and work closely with the Marketing Head of Greater China and Hong Kong sales team to drive impactful user & dealer interactions and marketing & sales activities.
Job Duties:
Planning:
- Build, align & own annual and quarterly plans (and optimize in quarter) tailored to Hong Kong to deliver Marketing goals (e.g. user acquisition, POS Materials, events, local Social media Influencers) with a focus on return on investment of each Marketing activity.
- Collaborate with local marketing & sales teams to design & execute effective campaign execution that deliver measurable results across all user & dealer touchpoints.
Campaigns:
- Coordinate the right and consistent mix of marketing activities & tactics at offline touchpoints (events, POS experience) online touchpoints (email, social media, search, advertising) and sales enablement to support the market position and enhance brand image by facilitating decision-making and reducing friction of the in-store buying process.
- Effectively adapting global creative brand content, localize and validate translations of key content to engage key personas.
- Work closely with the regional online touchpoints team to deliver campaigns (e.g. Social media, CRM)
Results:
- Contribute actively for delivering results on each marketing activity including the insights, analysis, reporting & communication of campaign results, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and actionable insights to the broader team.
- Ensure consistent brand(s) message & design is deployed throughout touchpoints by working closely with country marketing teams.
- Manage local marketing budgets effectively, tracking performance metrics and ROI to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor and analyze competitive landscape and market dynamics to identify potential threats and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
Expertise:
- Relevant University degree (Bachelor, Master) – Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience (3+ years minimum) in marketing, channel management, preferably within the (power) tools industry or a related field.
- Good understanding of marketing principles, market analysis, and consumer behavior.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including traditional, digital (CRM, marketing automation platforms), and social media, preferably also e-commerce and B2B industry.
Communication Skills:
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to confidently present objectives and desired outcomes to leadership and cross functional teams. Ability to influence, consult and negotiate without authority to get things done in a timely matter.
- Very good English both written and spoken, Good command of spoken and written, Chinese and Putonghua
Managerial Skills:
- Resourcefulness and ability to anticipate issues and work through them in a collaborative and proactive way.
- Strong numeric skill set, able to analyze data, understand trends & measure success of programs in order to optimize results.
- Experience of handling marketing budgets and related KPIs
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and industry best practices.
- Experience with Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.)
- Independent working ability, attentive to details.

- Marketing KPIs (e.g. Aided awareness, first choice, CTR, Unique views, Engagement rate, Share of voice, POS roll-out)
