How you'll make an impact

-Establish and govern strategic marketing processes (strategic annual planning, market intelligence, campaign governance, ROI measurement) to drive standardization across Latin America markets

-Define and lead the regional product marketing strategy, including portfolio positioning, competitive differentiation and launch plans for new products and indications expansion

-Lead and develop the Product Marketing and Content Management teams, ensuring clear roles, career development and alignment with regional priorities

-Own the regional competitive intelligence framework, translating market data, clinical publications and competitor movements into actionable positioning strategies

-Drive content strategy to transform clinical evidence into commercially actionable messaging for sales teams, healthcare professionals and patients

-Partner with Public Affairs and Medical Education teams to develop value narratives, reimbursement strategies and health economics evidence

-Serve as strategic liaison between global/upstream marketing and the regional field marketing organization, adapting global inputs to local market realities

-Manage marketing budget and resource allocation, ensuring ROI-driven investment across portfolio priorities and geographic markets

What you will need

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields

-10+ years knowledge in strategic marketing and product marketing in medical devices or healthcare

-Proven people management knowledge leading multi-functional marketing teams across multiple geographies

-Strong analytical skills with ability to translate market data and clinical evidence into commercial strategies

-Advanced English; advanced Spanish and/or Portuguese

-MBA or postgraduate degree in Marketing, Strategy or Healthcare Management

-Experience in structural heart, cardiovascular or interventional cardiology markets
