The Senior Marketing Manager, Integrated Campaigns owns the end-to-end strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that translate the corporate brand narrative, product roadmap, and quarterly business priorities into measurable pipeline impact.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will both manage a small team and architect, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns across email, content syndication, webinars, sponsorships, and paid/owned channels. Success is defined by clarity of orchestration, speed to execution, and specific lead stage and pipeline coverage outcomes.

What You Will DoIntegrated Campaign Strategy & Orchestration
  • Translate the corporate brand story, product roadmap, and quarterly themes into cohesive, multi-channel campaign strategies that drive demand.
  • Design campaign narratives that connect positioning → content → channel execution → conversion paths.
  • Build campaign frameworks that balance top-down strategy with bottom-up execution.
Campaign Execution
  • Own campaign planning and execution across email, lifecycle programs, webinars, and integrated digital channels.
  • Develop campaign calendars, briefs, messaging frameworks, and execution plans.
  • Ensure campaigns are sequenced intentionally across channels (e.g., lifecycle + webinar + content + paid amplification).
Content-Driven Demand Generation
  • Lead integrated campaign content strategy in partnership with content and product marketing.
  • Use performance data, audience insights, and funnel metrics to inform what content to create, how it’s packaged, and where it’s distributed.
  • Ensure content is built to convert—not just to inform—across the buyer journey.
Lifecycle, Email & Webinar Expertise
  • Own campaign-driven lifecycle programs, including segmentation, nurture design, and behavioral triggers.
  • Partner with lifecycle and operations teams to ensure clean execution in marketing automation platforms.
  • Plan and execute webinar-centric campaigns as core demand drivers, from topic selection through post-event conversion.
People Management & Team Development
  • Manage and develop 2 direct reports, setting clear priorities, coaching execution, and raising the bar on campaign quality.
  • Establish repeatable processes, playbooks, and standards for campaign planning, execution, and retrospectives.
  • Balance delegation with hands-on contribution, stepping in where needed to drive outcomes.
Measurement, Optimization & Reporting
  • Define success metrics for each campaign (leads, MQLs, pipeline influence, conversion rates).
  • Monitor performance across channels and make real-time optimizations to improve efficiency and impact.
  • Deliver clear, data-backed readouts to marketing and revenue leadership.
