Senior Marketing Analyst

The marketing analyst role is part of the Asphalt Value Chain Coordination team located in Findlay OH.  The role collaborates broadly across the Asphalt organization and with internal business partner including IT, Terminals, and Law.

• Develops and implements comprehensive reporting for the Asphalt Value Chain, consisting of various reporting responsibilities ranging from short-term (daily) to monthly and annual comparisons.
• Serves as a lead in assisting management and business partners in the ongoing development and analysis of data necessary to measure profitability of various classes of trade and markets.
• Partner with various organizations on system modernizations, modeling, and digital projects.
• Serves as a contact for Business Development and IT project-related work, including design, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and data models to execute high business value initiatives.
• Serves as the business owner and subject matter expert for asphalt specific profitability tools that enable metrics and reporting capabilities.
• Identifies and implements business process improvement ideas that create internal process efficiencies and/or reduce transactional or administrative costs for customers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or other related discipline required or five (5) years of experience in lieu.
• Five (5) or more years of experience in Analytics, Pricing, Fuel Marketing Sales, Revenue and Profitability Management, or other related experience required.
