The Software Engineering Manager will lead a team in building a cloud-first data ecosystem using Azure, overseeing recruitment, performance, and ensuring effective software delivery while aligning with business objectives.

Lead Product Owner responsible for strategic direction, roadmap, backlog prioritization, and delivery of measurement, accounting, and scheduling products for natural gas and NGL midstream. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors, and Agile teams to define features, drive releases, prototype, and ensure customer-focused product outcomes and alignment with business objectives.

Lead development and management of methane-emissions reduction programs across midstream and light crude operations. Partner with Environmental and Operations teams to identify emission sources, evaluate reduction technologies, ensure regulatory compliance, support project engineering and cost/schedule estimates, and build automated Power BI reports and data processes to enable data-driven decisions.

Coordinate safe, efficient crude oil movements across pipelines, terminals, rail, marine, and truck. Manage nominations, inventory, receipts, deliveries and schedules; optimize inventories; collaborate with trading, operations, accounting and external partners; analyze constraints and risks; and drive continuous improvement in crude supply chain performance.

Plan and lead refinery turnarounds: develop and manage scope, schedules (Primavera P6), allocate planners, build manpower/equipment and logistics plans, review decontamination and BOMs, facilitate planning meetings, support contracting, monitor field progress, cost and schedule, and ensure safe, on-budget execution.

Manage procurement for routine and craft maintenance and turnarounds: develop sourcing and contracting strategies, lead bid and negotiation processes, analyze costs and supply risks, manage supplier performance and contract compliance, and use SAP/Ariba/Tableau/M365/TRACK to drive cost savings and continuity.

Lead design and implementation of infrastructure automation, IaC, CI/CD, SRE, and DevSecOps. Drive platform standards, performance tuning, capacity planning, disaster recovery, and complex troubleshooting. Mentor junior engineers, build documentation and knowledge base, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize scalable, highly available infrastructure.

Provide metallurgy and corrosion support to refinery inspection, maintenance, and engineering teams. Perform failure analyses, corrosion studies, metallography, and NDE coordination. Recommend repairs, material selection, welding and testing strategies, support turnarounds, incident investigations, and drive fixed-equipment reliability improvements.

Lead planning and execution of refinery turnarounds: develop and manage scope, schedules, manpower and logistics; coordinate contractors, review P6 schedules and BOMs, enforce safety and quality, compile closeout reports, and support long-term budgeting.

Analyze and report North Region refinery value chain performance, track gross margins and crack spreads, support forecasts and P&L reviews, collaborate with VCO/FVC/BP&A, and drive process improvements and ad hoc analytical support.

Lead commercial sourcing advisor responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, managing RFP/bid processes through purchase order execution, negotiating contracts and terms, performing TCO and cost modeling, driving cost savings and supplier performance, and liaising with legal and stakeholders. Uses SAP, Ariba, Tableau, and M365 to support sourcing, analytics, and contract management.

Lead IT Manager for Data Operations and Platforms, responsible for strategy, development, and management of data products and analytics platforms, overseeing team performance and ensuring compliance with security standards.

Monitor refinery process performance, identify opportunities to improve yield, energy efficiency, and reliability. Support test runs, develop projects, troubleshoot mass balances, participate in PHAs, incident investigations, turnarounds, and cross-functional collaboration with operations and maintenance.

The Senior Platforms Engineer will design and govern secure hybrid platforms, focusing on automation, cloud architecture, and leading modernization initiatives while integrating advanced technologies like IoT and improving operational integrity.

Prepare and reconcile financial records, journal entries, and analyses supporting financial statements. Investigate discrepancies, maintain general ledger, support audits, improve processes, and assist or train other accountants. Use accounting systems (Excel, SAP) and ensure controls and documentation are followed.

Lead digital strategy and product teams partnering with Supply Chain, Procurement, Payables, and Legal to prioritize investments, deliver SAP-enabled source-to-pay and contract capabilities, drive adoption, governance, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions, and manage staff development and portfolio value realization.

Manage electrical projects for pipeline, terminal, and marine facilities including scope, estimates, design, equipment selection, contractor oversight, construction monitoring, and documentation. Work covers power distribution (medium/low voltage), MCCs, PLCs, instrumentation, and fiber/wiring infrastructure, ensuring safety, schedule, cost, and regulatory compliance. Travel to field sites and valid drivers license required; TWIC must be obtained.

Lead a refinery planning team to optimize feed/product slates and short-term production plans, advise engineers and schedulers on operational constraints, communicate with commercial and regional teams, manage personnel performance/development, and support project economics and training to maximize facility profitability and minimize supply disruptions.

Operate and service barges and vessels to safely transfer liquid cargo per company procedures and USCG regulations. Troubleshoot and perform minor maintenance, maintain records, assist training and audits, interface with customers, and participate in safety activities.

Coordinate refinery commodities scheduling and optimization, using APS and linear programming models to develop executable production plans. Serve on-call for disruptions, work with operations and commercial stakeholders to identify and execute economic optimization opportunities, improve processes, and provide backup coverage for product coordinator roles.
