Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement governance frameworks, SOPs, and compliance protocols to ensure smooth program execution.
- Monitor and evaluate state-level program performance, identifying gaps and recommending corrective actions.
- Coordinate training schedules, workshops, and refresher programs across states.
- Serve as the primary liaison for policy alignment, supporting state nodal officers.
- Ensure district-level delivery against timelines and KPIs.
- Manage compliance, documentation, and operational workflows.
- Lead review meetings and stakeholder coordination.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Education/Public Policy/Management or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in program management, governance, or government-facing roles in the education sector.
- Strong experience in designing SOPs, compliance frameworks, and monitoring systems.
- Experience working with state/district government officials and nodal bodies.
- Proven ability to manage multi-state operations and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
