Primary Responsibilities:
- Define product vision and strategy
- Own product roadmap & prioritization
- Drive product development execution
- Write and maintain features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Maintain backlog
- Partner closely with engineering to refine solutions and scope work
- Participate in agile ceremoniies (sprint planning, standups, demos, etc.)
- Act as technical bridge
- Write and maintain product requirement documentation
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Understand system architecture, APIs, and integrations
- Collaborate closely with engineers on design decisions and technical tradeoffs
- Drive data-informed decisions
- Define and track KPIs, success metrics, and product health indicators
- Stakeholder management & communication
- Serve as the central point of coordination across Engineering, Design, Marketing & Sales, and Support
- Communicate product updates, risks, and outcomes to leadership
- Manage expectations and resolve conflicts across stakeholders
- Lead product launches & Adoption
- Manage product lifecycle
- Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle
- Continuously improve existing features and retire underperforming ones
- Manage backlog of enhancements, bugs, and tech debt
- Lead without authority
- nfluence cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority
- Drive alignment in situations with ambiguity or competing priorities
- Make high-impact decisions with incomplete information
- Manage risks and dependencies
- dentify and mitigate delivery risks, technical debt, and dependencies
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements
- Escalate blockers and drive resolution quickly
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Business (with solid technical exposure)
- Professional Experience
- 8+ years of product management, program management, or related experience
- Experience working with software development teams as well as agile/scrum environments
- Technical Skills & Knowledge
- System architecture (microservices, APIs, cloud platforms)
- Software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, data systems and analytics, APIs
- Product Management Skills
- Expertise in:Writing PRDs, user stories, and requirements | Roadmap planning and prioritization | Product lifecycle management
- Experience with:Agile methodologies | product tools (Jira, Aha)
- Communication & Collaboration
- Solid written and verbal communication
- Ability to: Translate technical concepts into business language | Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional experience
- RCM technology background preferred
