Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
Financial Close & Reporting:
- Drive month-end & period-end close — IGAAP/IFRS cut-offs, journals, BS & sub-ledger reconciliations
- COGS reconciliation, GR/IR clearance, inventory adjustments each period
- Submit OneStream results, BRM Deck, monthly MIS (P&L / BS / Cash Flow)
- Prepare ELT & MT presentations; variance & cost analysis vs. budget and prior year
Tax & Regulatory Compliance:
- End-to-end GST (GSTR-1/3B, ITC recon), TDS (24Q/26Q, Form 16/16A), corporate income & deferred tax
- OS Tax Module reporting; zero-missed-deadline compliance calendar
- Manage notices, assessments & FEMA/RBI filings — FC-GPR, ECB, EDPMS/IDPMS
- Transfer Pricing documentation for all cross-border intercompany transactions
Treasury & FX Management
- Daily cash positioning; rolling cash flow forecasts with management escalation
- Review & approve bank payments; manage bank relationships, BGs and LCs
- Lead fund-raising — working capital facilities and term loans
- Monitor covenants, repayment schedules and interest accruals
Working Capital & Balance Sheet
- AR: invoicing, collections, credit limits, overdue escalation, bad debt provisions
- AP: invoice processing, 3-way match, payment runs, vendor PO compliance reviews
- Inventory: valuation, periodic physical verification, slow-moving/obsolete provisioning
Statutory Audit & Governance
- Own & lead statutory audit end-to-end — planning through ROC filing
- Primary liaison with auditors; ensure prompt resolution of all queries and observations
- Drive KCF, GIA, NBSF submissions with data quality and governance discipline
- Own TCF reporting; exercise FAL — review & approve Odoo transactions
- Continuous controls monitoring; implement corrective actions promptly
Fixed Assets & CAPEX
- Maintain FA register; run depreciation; periodic physical verification & reconciliation
- Review & approve CAPEX requests; track actuals vs. budget; manage CWIP capitalisation
- Handle asset disposals, write-offs and impairment assessments per IGAAP/IFRS
Systems & Other
- Lead Odoo cost-centre & 9-series customisation for IFRS-aligned reporting
- Insurance renewals coordination; finance contracts repository maintenance
- Team leadership, mentoring and capability development
- Support system implementations, due diligence and ad-hoc projects as assigned
